Tax Exempt Reservations

If reservations are being paid for by tax exempt agency funds then a copy of the Sales Tax Exemption Certificate form #700, generated by the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe (SCIT) in the exempt agency’s name, must be provided at the time of making the reservation. To apply for tax exempt status with the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe, please click the link below for an application. Additional details and instructions regarding the SCIT Tax Exempt application and process can be found below. Please note tax exempt reservations cannot be paid for with personal funds and tax exempt status must be resolved 72 hours prior to the day of arrival.
