Q. How can I make sure my card is registering my play on the slot machines?
A. As long as the screen keeps flashing “Card Accepted”, the machine is registering your play.?

Q. What if I play table games?
A. At every table game except poker, when you buy in for $100 and give the dealer your Players Club card, you will be rated. Amounts are based on your average bet and the length of time you play. For poker, simply turn in your card when you start playing and pick it up when you leave. You will earn one comp dollar for every hour you play.

Q. What do I earn on my Players Club card?
A. When using your Players Club card in slot machines or at any table game, you will earn what is called comp dollars. Comp dollars are a combined amount from your table and slot play.

Q. How can I tell how much comp is available on my card?
A. When you put your card into a slot machine it will welcome you by name and show you two values. The first amount will be comp dollars and the second amount will be points available. Also, you can come to the Players Club booth at any time and we’ll be happy to give you your balance.

Q. What can comp dollars be used for?
A. Your comp dollars may be used for food, concert tickets, hotel stays, bingo packets and spa treatments. You may use your card directly at any of our food outlets, and they will deduct the exact amount needed when you give them the card. If you don’t have enough on your card, you have the option of paying the difference. You may also use your comp dollars for concert tickets, hotel stays and spa treatments; however you must get a voucher from the Player’s Club first. Comp dollars may not be used for alcohol, gratuities, or spa products.

Q. What about cash back?
A. We do not offer cash back, instead we offer Premium Play which can be used at your favorite slots or table games. Your Club Points may be redeemed at the Players Club booth in $5 dollar increments after your account has a minimum of $5. Premium Play is not earned by playing table games.
