Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort has been notified that due to the recent outbreak of COVID -19 around Michigan and throughout the Nation, Chris Rock has decided to postpone parts of his current 2022 comedy tour.

The originally scheduled February 11, 2022 date at Soaring Eagle has now been rescheduled to Saturday, June 25, 2022. Tickets for February 11 will be honored at the rescheduled June 25 performance date.

Laugh along with one of the world’s top comedians. Chris Rock has been making people laugh since he first started performing in the 80s. Rock’s popularity skyrocketed when he became a cast member of the hit sketch comedy show Saturday Night Live in 1990. While on the show, Rock performed alongside some of the top comedians of all time like Chris Farley, David Spade, Adam Sandler, and Rob Schneider. After his run on SNL, Rock starred in his first HBO comedy special, Big Ass Jokes, in 1994. In 1996, Rock’s second special, Bring the Pain was released and further cemented Rock as one of the entertainment industry’s biggest comedy stars. The critical acclaim for the special led Rock to earn his first two Emmy Awards. Since his early days, Rock has continued to earn awards and popularity with comedy specials Bigger & Blacker, Never Scared, Kill the Messenger, and Chris Rock: Tamborine.

In between his popular stand-up specials, Rock has starred in numerous hit films and T.V. series like Dogma, The Longest Yard, Grown Ups, and even a T.V. series based on his childhood, Everyone Hates Chris. Chris Rock has also taken his talents behind the camera by directing and producing films Head of State, I Think I Love My Wife, and the documentary, Good Hair.
